Flame Auto Repair

The AC in my 2018 Ford Explorer stopped cooling. After 2 phone calls and 1 email with no response to a company I used in the past, I searched for a new company. I came across Flame Auto Repair. I sent an website inquiry at 6:30pm that night. In about 5 minutes, Carlos called me and set up an appointment for the next morning. The next morning I met with Carlos and Raimy his service advisor and received a fair and reasonable estimate. The repair was finished the next day as we needed to wait on parts delivery. Having worked in the Super-yacht service industry for 23 years in South Florida, customer service is important to me. Carlos and Raimy provided over the top customer service. Communication was excellent throughout. I will definitely be bringing my future business to Flame.

I had a great experience at Flame Auto Repair. I worked with Carlos, who was professional, honest, and took the time to explain the issue and the repairs needed. He provided excellent customer service, made sure everything was done correctly, and kept the process smooth and stress-free. The service was completed efficiently, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places I considered. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, transparency, and quality of work. I highly recommend Flame Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and professional automotive service. Thank you, Carlos, and the entire Flame Auto Repair team, for the excellent work!

Great experience with Flame Auto repair from start to finish. They were honest and charged a fair price for the services. My car had a complicated issue, and instead of giving up or rushing the repair, they kept working on it until they were confident it was actually fixed. Carlos was very communicative and provided status updates frequently. It’s hard to find mechanics who care that much about doing the job right. I would definitely recommend them.

Flame Auto Repair did an amazing job on my car! They fixed both my front and back bumper and had it done exactly when they said they would. The price was really fair too. Their communication was great the whole time, and they even went above and beyond — someone accidentally hit my tail light before I picked up my car, and they fixed it for free! Super fast and Carlos was very professional. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need work done again. Highly recommend!
